Comfortable family accommodation with a large kitchen/dining/seating area, family room, main lounge, dressing room, study and 3 main bedrooms, with one public bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms. Recent improvement works created a new large main lounge with a 58" smart TV. We also installed bifold glass doors which open up the room to the outside and this is a wonderful asset during the summer months, opening the outside to the inside.
The family room that can also be used as a 4th bedroom if need be. The single bedroom on the first floor is used as a dressing room but is a 5th bedroom if required.
The main bedroom configurations are:
Ground floor - 1 bedroom (double bed settee), 1 family room (double bed settee).
First floor - 1 master bedroom (en suite), 1 double bedroom, a dressing room/single bedroom (en suite).
The large main lounge has a 58" wall mounted smart TV and surround sound system, the family room has a 42" wall mounted smart TV with 3D as an option. The kitchen / dining area has wonderful sea views. The ground floor bedroom has a 42" wall mounted TV with an Apple TV connection.
We have Wi-Fi throughout the house and for the kids there is a Wii and X-box One to keep them occupied.
In 2021 we improved the decking area which has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also a small back garden.
It is something quite special to watch from the house or decking area as dolphins pass by, see other seaside habitat, passing ships and local fishermen provide endless enjoyment. Whether the sea is stormy or flat calm you will never tire of the view from the house.
