WANT REDUCE MY AIR TRAVEL SO ONLY LOOKING FOR UK OR IRISH EXCHANGES FOR 2020 This one bed apartment is situated in the Victorian neighbourhood of Marchmont, is suitable for couples and solo travellers. It is close to the historic Old Town of Edinburgh, on the second floor of a tenement building dating from 1883. There is access to a communal garden at the rear of the building and a small east facing balcony. All the city centre attractions are within easy walking distance and the local neighbourhood offers a variety of cafes, delis and grocery shops. The apartment is only suitable for couples or solo travellers as it only has one bedroom. So unfortunately I cannot offer swaps for families with children.I also have a dog, so anybody who suffers from any pet allergies wouldn't be suitable to exchange with. I can generally only do reciprocal exchanges as this is my only residence.

Marchmont is situated to the immediate south of Edinburgh's historic Old Town. Close to the University and 'The Meadows' - the largest public park in the city. The neighbourhood has a great variety of small independent shops, cafes and boutiques as well as convenient supermarkets open till 11pm each evening.
