We have arranged all our exchanges for 2022 and we currently do NOT do exchanges for guest points - as we have so many already! To save people making enquiries, we have no plans to visit the US/Canada for the foreseeable future - having just visited. Planning ahead, we may try and visit Bali/Indonesia in 2024 and would be looking for exchanges then. The North West coast and Islands of Scotland are always likely to be of interest. Our flat is a second home, so exchanges do not need to take place at the same time. Our flat is on the second floor of a converted warehouse. There are two double bedrooms with king sized beds, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge - total space just under 1,000 sq ft/100 sq metres. The warehouse was converted about 20 years ago and is fresh and modern within a historical area of London. The flat has also been decorated to the highest standard with comfortable, modern furniture and original art. Despite being extremely central the flat is surprisingly quiet as it sits on the river. It includes two balconies which look down the Thames to Canary Wharf - lovely to sit out on a warm day and watch the world go by. The apartment building has a 24 hour concierge desk, ensuring a safe environment, as well as knowledge and help, if required.

The flat is located a converted warehouse building in an historic area of London called Shad Thames, adjacent to Tower Bridge, right on the Thames. The direct neighbourhood consists of other warehouse conversions, now used for residential and small business premises. Because it is right on the river, there is no traffic noise, which is unusual for London. The area is full of great bars, restaurants, shops, markets - all within easy walking distance. London Bridge and Tower Hill tube stations are a 15 minute walk away, as well as numerous bus routes. Local sights, within walking distance include The Shard, The Tower of London, HMS Belfast, Borough Market, Bermondsey Street, Tate Modern, Sky Gardens and many more.

At this stage we are only interested in direct exchanges that can either be simultaneous or non simultaneous time wise. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUEST POINTS FOR EXCHANGES. Due to the balconies and the configuration of the flat it is not suitable for young children or pets and we won't accept bookings in this respect.
