Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

My home is newly built, completed this year, but built in a traditional cottage style with some modern twists. It has a large open plan kitchen with dining table to sit 8 people and comfortable seating area with bifold and patio doors to outside. The kitchen is very well equipped with two oven, two microwaves, an induction hob, two integrated freezers, a large fridge and a pantry, together with high speed blender, rice cooker, pressure cooker etc. There is a separate sitting room/cinema room, study and utility room. The master bedroom suite has a super king be, a Juliet balcony, ensuite bathroom with power shower with his and her sinks and extensive wardrobes. There are three further double bedrooms with one super king, one king and one queen size bed. The family bath has a walk in shower and freestanding bath. Outside, there is a very private and sunny patio, with a lawn area together with a woodland area leading down to a stream. There is a private drive with electric gates and plenty of parking. At time of writing and photographing I am finishing off the landscaping and will add some additional photos to show it complete when we have finished

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

I live in a very quiet residential and exclusive area of Farnham, about a 15 minute walk to the train station which is 55 minutes into central London. There is an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways nearby, with vast areas of countryside and woodland to explore. The North Downs Way starts in farnham, and for seaside lovers the coast is 40 minutes drive away. Farnham is a residential town with an excellent range of shops and restaurants and is renowned for its "wide Georgian high street" which is particularly picturesque. . Within 10 minutes walk there are two very good pubs.
