Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

I am offering two bedrooms and bathroom with an open plan kitchen and living room with piano and sofas in the basement of my large house in the green Rome suburbs close to the sea at Ostia and the Roman ruins at Ostia Antica. The space is quite big, nicely decorated and modern. The bathroom has a bathtub and hand shower. Outside the basement there is also a small terrace which will be exclusive to you, form which steps lead up to the garden. I will be on hand as I will be living upstairs. My kids are both studying in the UK so Im on my own during term times! There are some facilities which will be shared with me ie washing machine. We have a lovely garden and terrace which you can also share and perhaps the odd aperitivo together. Welcome easy going travellers! A car is needed to get around. It is 10 minutes drive to the beach, or 30 minutes drive to Central Rome. Our beautiful white cat Alaska sleeps in the house but is out all day.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

Lots of local shops, bars, cafes parks and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Very green, palm trees and umbrella pine trees, quiet residential area. Close to the sea where there are many great restaurants and beaches. The beach is at its best from autumn to Sping for long sunny walks.
