Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Interested in shorter reciprocal non-sim in locations that are easily accessible to us (short driving distance from PEI). Our house is fully booked in July/August. Our house is relaxing and comfortable with a hot tub and huge deck, overlooking the Montague River and Copper Bottom Brewing. The indoor spaces are cozy year-round with a wood fireplace in the main living room. Three comfortable bedrooms are found on the second floor. The beds maximize the space, including a king, queen, and double room. There is an additional sofa bed in one of the living rooms. On the first floor you will find the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for eating in, and we provide you with basic fixings for tea and coffee. Three indoor eating areas include an island in the kitchen, a dining table, and the "listening porch". The living room is comfortably appointed with a large Roku TV offering Netflix and access to your streaming accounts. A large bathroom with shower and tub is on the second floor. A second washroom with a built-in shower and rainshower head is located off the porch. The stacked washer and dryer are also found in this space. You will be drawn to the large deck, with a 5-person hot tub and views of leafy green trees, behind which lies the beautiful Montague River and the Marina. The deck also overlooks Copper Bottom Brewing; plan to buy tickets to one of their intimate shows, take in free afternoon music on the weekends, or grab a bevvy from the shop and listen to the music on the deck in your own comfort. A BBQ is available for your use.

Downtown Montague is charming, busy and lively. There are 2 award-winning microbreweries in town: Copper Bottom Brewing and Bogside Brewing, within a 10 minute walk of each other. A quick walk will take you to the town's best cafe - The Lucky Bean. The house overlooks the beautiful Montague River and Marina; another great stop for breakfast or lunch.
