Welcome to this pool villa perfect for family and friends! The villa is built in 2022 and is very elegant and modern. We offer some extra services like chef, housekeeping, bike rentals, etc for an extra charge. Just tell us how we can help and we'll be glad to. The location is the most popular in Phuket with different beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and supermarkets. I am always updating my Guidebook on Airbnb which might help you get the best out of your visit to Phuket.

This is a gated community with 20 villas. Security 24/7. In the community, we also have a gym only for the residents and their guests. (UPDATE; The gym is being renovated right now) Golf courses; 15 min away Supermarkets; 10-15 min away Mini markets; 5 min away Beach; 5-10 min away Restaurants; Bang Tao have very many restaurants, and it's just minutes away. Booking a taxi using the Grab App or the InDrive App is convenient. It's very affordable and efficient. We can also help you rent motorbikes, so you have maximal flexibility. The villa has a 2-car parking garage. Once you have booked the villa, you will get the contact information for my VIP host Angel. She will help you coordinate your arrival and be there for you during your stay. She can organize tours, transports, chefs to the house, or other services. All those extra services are paid directly to her.

Minimum stay 7 days. I might solve shorter stays to fill up blank dates in some extraordinary cases, but it's very uncommon. Electricity is charged separately. It costs 7 baht per unit. Air-conditioning is the primary electricity consumer so try to be as efficient using it as possible. The electricity is measured every day by the Villa Management team, and the Manager (Tu) will show you the metrics and also collect money before check-out. One check-in fee (to be paid directly to the VIP-host Angel (for coordinating arrival, preparations, etc - this is paid directly to Angel upon arrival) of 2000 baht and a cleaning fee of 5000 baht are required. The cleaning fee will be paid directly to the Villa Manager, Tu at the same time as you pay for electricity (when checking out). Maintenance work is done 3 times a week in the villa. Staff will clean the pool, check all electricity and pumps and do garden work. They will always try to do the work during the day when guests usually are on the beach, but if you are at home, they can use the staff entrance, so you get privacy.
