I have a 3 bedroom apartment, it's 140 m2, composed by a living room with an american kitchen (90 m2), 2 bathrooms, terrace and reception.
All by the sea on the 17th floor (Equivalent to 28th floor above sea level)
2 Min Beach by walk
3 Min Metro La Isleta by walk
6 Min city center by bus, the 2 bus tops are in front of the building gate
9 Min City center by bike
The building was constructed on a mountain, the apartment is located at an altitude of 80 meters above sea level, between the beach and the natural reserve "Sierra Grossa", the highest mountain in Alicante 173 masl
In this bioclimate, the apartment gets naturally heated, located in the corner of the building, at the south and east you will see the sea, at the north the mountains.
Quality tilt and turn windows to enjoy the sea breeze.
There are 9 lifts (5 very large) and one of them goes down to the beach (so it's very easy to get to the center by bike without any effort).
From 8:00 to 24:00 there is a doorman in the building

There are few beaches, some of them you will be there alone as its only visited by local people, its nice sometimes even in January.
In the surroundings of the building there is free parking in the street, behind the building...aditionaly there are 2 parkings at the beach, not big but you will always fing place there.
There is a playgarden next to the beach, few grocery shops, bars, good restaurants and coffe-bars with sea view...
All the beaches are connected all arround the coast so you can enjoy a lit by having a walk and also up on the natural reserve behind the building.
